SCI offers cam operated SCI Rotary Switches having rugged and reliable design to suit various applications with lot of ease and convenience in operation. The switches are hand operated, designed for on load switching, having modular assembly to suite different circuit of multi pole and multi position. The switches are designed for a greater level of switching efficiency and esthetics. Available up to 12 positions with 30°, 45°, 60° & 90° switching angles & current rating 6a to 100a.

ASS/VSS

• VSS- are available in phase to phase, phase to neutral with off or without off to read voltage. ASS- are available in phase to phase, phase to neutral with off or without off, direct or through ct operated to read current.

SCI Metal Clad Plugs & Sockets are designed for heavy duty industrial applications with a view to provide better safety to the installation & equipment. They are suitable for adverse ambient temperature and humidity as well as for duty & corrosive atmosphere. The outer castings are made out of non corroding die cast aluminium alloy combining exceptional compactness with high strength. The interiors are moulded out of superior grade phenolic / polyester compound to give better mechanical strength and electrical properties. Inline Fuse Holders, SCI offers a wide range fuse bases to take high breaking capacity fuse links. These bases have a special type of contacts made out of electrolytic grade copper to provide low power consumption & cool running. The base is moulded out of high grade flame retardant, non-hygroscopic phenolic moulding powder conforming to is: 1300 / bs 771 with a high gloss finish. These bases can also be supplied with glass reinforced polyester (dmc) moulding for better mechanical & electrical properties. Fuse bases with sheet metal plate as base can also be supplied. Contacts are made of electrolytic grade copper with silver plated for low watt loss. A spring steel rings maintain their intrinsic elasticity even at elevated temperatures. Fuse bases are available in various ratings i. E. 160a, 250a, 400, 630a.

Bakelite fuse holders – type sco:

SCI offers a versatile range with isi marked fuse holders consisting of fuse carriers & fuse bases moulded out of high grade flame retardant, non-hygroscopic phenolic moulding powder conforming to is: 1300 / bs : 771 with high gloss black finish. All the current carrying non-ferrous parts are tin/silver plated to ensure better conductivity & to prevent oxidation while all ferrous parts are zinc plated to avoid rusting. Fuse holders are available in various ratings i. E. 20a, 32a, 63a, & 125a with front & bus bar connection type while 20a fuse holders are also available in back connection type. Conforms to is – 13703 (pt–2/sec-1) 1993.
